People finding Purpose: The ARC Community

Live with others simply, sustainably, spiritually.

Enjoy purposeful and meaningful work that will deepen your skills and relationships with others as you contribute to daily tasks.

Join a progressive, spiritually-based, and service-oriented community that lives on-site, shares daily meditation, and welcomes guests on retreat.

From its inception, ARC has been operated by a small group of stipended volunteers who live on-site in intentional community and offer the gift of hospitality to guests.
Life at ARC offers an extraordinary opportunity for those with a passion for community living, environmental stewardship, spiritual growth, hospitality, and service.

We welcome community members who resonate with the ARC values, seek spiritual growth, enjoy serving others, possess the maturity to navigate life in community and the willingness to work long hours at sometimes menial tasks.

Community members receive room and board and a stipend that varies based on the position and length of commitment. Benefits include up to five weeks of time off annually, with health coverage available through MNSure.
