There is a large living room with an A-frame window looking out over the woods, a deck, a gas fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a bedroom with Queen bed, and a walk-up loft with one double bed next to a double size, convertible futon. The cottage also has a washer and dryer.
It is an ideal place for an individual, a couple or two, a family, or a small group of friends to stay. The living room comfortably seats at least ten, so it may also be used for day groups. The space has been furnished and decorated in a lovely, woodsy way by friends of ARC using comfortable couches, antiques, handmade quilts, and cozy touches. Guests may “dine in or carry out” –that is, they may bring their own food, eat in the main Lodge, pick up a basket, or have a basket delivered.
