ARC welcomes volunteers for a few hours, a day, a weekend, or a week at a time. Tasks often include work in the kitchen, especially when we have large groups on weekends, but you may also spend time in the garden, in the woodshed, housekeeping, or on other regular or seasonal projects. In exchange for 6 to 8 hours of work per day, you receive room and board plus personal retreat time. Or, you can pay half price for a retreat by working 3 to 4 hours per day. We consider volunteers to be temporary community members, so it's a great opportunity to experience ARC from the "inside."
