I attended a Quaker high school, George School in Newtown, PA and am seeking an extended internship and/or volunteer position. I am smart, very honest, hard working, physically strong, community minded, green philosophy, creative and always gravitating towards learning new things. I have abilities and experience with woodworking, sculpture, landscaping,yard work, maintenance, construction and gardening. I have completed 1.5 years of college and would like to speak with someone concerning a possible future at the ARC Retreat Center. Thank you for any consideration. Cliff Jorgensen

Dear Friends, I checked out your webpage and enjoyed learning about your center. It looks lovely. I am traveling across the country (Oregon to Ohio) and may want to stop and check it out for a possible volunteer position in the future. I have lived and worked at retreat centers in the past for many years and appreciate the work that it takes to make them run harmoniously and well. In Peace, Dianne

I just returned from a 5 day visit to ARC. It was my first stay and it was absolutely wonderful! It is lovely, peaceful, quiet, filled with nature, and the perfect spot for renewal. The community is so filled with love and The Spirit. The food was yummy and very fresh! I highly recommend ARC!!!

I spent two days at ARC last weekend. The sense of peace I found there is almost indescribable. My spirit and faith were renewed in a way I never dreamed possible. This is largely due to the resident community and their clear mission. I am enormously grateful for being led to ARC and cherish my experience there.
