ARC is twofold: 1) an ecumenical resident community which is committed to the Christian tradition and 2) a retreat center offering hospitality to guests seeking rest and spiritual renewal. Community member responsibilities include the following: participation in all aspects of community life, housekeeping, food preparation, worship planning and leadership, participation in regular community meetings, outdoor work, maintenance, gardening, office work, and creation of an atmosphere of hospitality and retreat.
